1. The horizontal sand injection utilizes side directional air flow suspension, ensuring even filling and eliminating sand blockage. The compaction balance control prevents mold plate distortion, improving casting size accuracy and reducing collapse box risks, allowing for thinner mold plates.

The resultant improvements in sand filling quality and dimensional accuracy are unparalleled. This system adeptly manages various sand characteristics, ensuring compaction balance to prevent distortion and deformation. It facilitates the use of thinner type plate molds, reduces collapse boxes, and consistently enhances casting precision.
3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process begins with the mold secured onto the production middle box. It features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, alongside a robust bottom plate and top.
Each structural element, from the butterfly plate to the upper pressure plate, is crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate utilizes high chromium alloy iron for superior durability. Reinforcement bars are meticulously cast behind the five plates to ensure high equipment rigidity, complemented by 45Cr columns, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated. The hydraulic system boasts heavy-duty NOK brand cylinders and steel wire braided high-pressure hoses that withstand significant pressure and temperature. Enhanced stability in demoulding is achieved with a lower box cylinder supported by 4 additional cylinders, while the oil cylinder used for sand pushing ensures consistent performance.

4. Pneumatic System
Our pneumatic system features components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and precision pneumatic control solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
This state-of-the-art pump station comprises 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the main oil cylinder and various other components, including the lower, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. Utilizing advanced Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a commonly used pressure below 13MPa. Pressure control is fine-tuned via an oil research proportional valve linked to a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for seamless digital control. An air-cooled radiator maintains optimal hydraulic oil temperatures by activating a cooling fan at 30 degrees, ensuring the protection of hydraulic cylinder seals. A built-in heater manages oil viscosity, automatically regulating temperatures to prevent damage to the oil pump when the oil is too viscous or cold.
6. Control System.
Our sophisticated Control System expertly governs pressure, speed, and temperature operations. It integrates Mitsubishi's cutting-edge touch screen and PLC control to maneuver hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, achieving seamless equipment actions with continuous and interlocking functionality. The Omron thermostat ensures precise temperature regulation of the hydraulic oil system, all orchestrated under the Mitsubishi PLC's mastery, utilizing output modules and SND relays for superior control.
