Operating with a swift 40-70 S/model rate, the machine features both horizontal and upper/lower sand injection methods, achieving an average mould sand hardness of HB80-90, promising precision and reliability.

Our hydraulic system, powered by the precision of Taiwan Seven Oceans' proportional valve, features a high-resolution electronic ruler for real-time actuator tracking and positioning. This advanced system allows for precise adjustments of system pressure and flow, all effortlessly controlled via an intuitive touch screen interface.

Characteristics of the Removable Flask Molding Machine:
1. Experience effortless operation with our one-button automatic system. It is user-friendly and requires no specialized skills, making it incredibly easy to operate.
Each complete molding operation is initiated with a single press of the start button (when no core is required). For workpieces that need a core, the process halts automatically for selection. Once the core is completed, simply press the close mold button for automatic program completion.
2. Our machine supports horizontal and vertical parting with no obstructive columns, facilitating easy core placement and removal.
3. Template installation is a breeze with our four screws fixed system, allowing replacements within five minutes. It adapts easily for molds of the same size.
4. Tailor the casting hardness to perfection with adjustable parameters. Our system allows rapid adjustments, achieving degrees up to 85-90 to meet diverse casting needs.
5. The adjustable casting height feature is a sand saver. The upper and lower compaction plates adapt to produce varying casting heights, optimizing material use.
6. Achieve impeccable moulding accuracy. Our system uses a uniformly positioned mould board and sand box, ensuring high repeatability. The fully automatic control guarantees stable, high-quality results free from human error.

11. With 100-150 reserved positions for pouring ports and air needles, our design simplifies pouring port arrangements, effectively addresses ventilation issues, and enhances casting yield.

Removable Flask Molding Machine Composition:
1. The horizontal sand injection design, utilizing side directional air flow suspension, ensures even filling with no sand blockages. This results in superior sand filling quality, minimizing defects, and enhancing casting size accuracy. Stable compaction control prevents mold plate distortion and is ideal for simple shapes and thin sand products, even allowing the use of thinner mold plates.
2. Our innovative upper and lower sand injection machine expertly addresses the challenges of inconsistent sand hardness caused by uniform sand cloth. It overcomes the issue of sand shadow in castings with intricate shapes or considerable casting heights. The up and down sand injection molding machine is versatile, accommodating a wide spectrum of castings including small, medium, and large sizes. Plus, it can mold type plates with deep hanging sand shapes, reduce collapse boxes, and enhance the dimensional accuracy of castings.
The sand injection method utilizes a revolutionary air flow suspension bottom and bottom injection system, ensuring sand fills perpendicularly to the type plate in a dynamic state. This groundbreaking approach guarantees uniform sand filling, eliminating sand clogging and enabling the stable production of deeper and intricately shaped products. It significantly enhances sand filling quality, minimizes sand eye defects, and increases the dimensional precision of castings. Additionally, it accommodates diverse sand types, provides balanced compaction control to prevent type plate mold distortion, and allows the use of thinner type plate molds, thereby reducing the collapse box.
3. Moulding machine table.
The molding mold is securely fixed on the middle box for optimal production. It features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top
Crafted with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from high-quality QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is made from robust high chromium alloy iron. To ensure exceptional rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are cast behind the five plates. The columns, made of 45Cr, undergo medium frequency tempering and are hard chrome plated. Our hydraulic cylinders are heavy-duty with NOK brand internal seals, and the hydraulic hoses, linked to the equipment and cylinders, are steel wire braided, high pressure hoses designed to withstand high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is fortified with 4 support cylinders, greatly enhancing demolding stability, while the sand pushing cylinder is oil-operated, further boosting sand pushing stability.

4. Pneumatic system
Our machine's pneumatic components incorporate the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, including the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring superior performance and reliability.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
Our advanced pump station boasts 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. These solenoid valves feature Japan oil research technology, paired with oil pumps by the same esteemed brand. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a common working pressure of 13MPa or less. Pressure control is achieved via an oil research proportional valve, complemented by a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, allowing for precise, digital control. The touch screen interface enables easy adjustments to the upper limit of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator automatically activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, ensuring operational temperature remains optimal and safeguarding the hydraulic cylinder seals. A heater in the hydraulic oil tank kicks in when oil temperature drops below 6 degrees, stopping at 10 degrees, preventing excessive viscosity that could impair oil pump function.
6. Control system.
Our state-of-the-art control system oversees three critical aspects: pressure, speed, and temperature. The automated system primarily utilizes a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to control hydraulic solenoid valve actions, coordinating seamlessly with Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. This ensures synchronized hydraulic component operation and maintains a continuous, interlocking sequence of actions. Temperature control relies on Omron thermostats, while the hydraulic system is expertly managed under the Mitsubishi PLC with output modules and SND relays for superior performance.
