Resin sand, a core sand bound by resin, undergoes a remarkable transformation through our regeneration process. This process meticulously removes the binder film, optimizing the sand's particle size and surface quality, turning it into a cost-effective alternative to new sand. By recycling the old sand, we achieve fourfold benefits: reducing new sand consumption, cutting transportation costs for waste sand disposal, and ensuring consistent, smooth, and thermally conducive sand particles. This regeneration notably enhances casting quality, allowing reduced resin usage, and significantly trimming resin costs. Additionally, it mitigates environmental impact from waste sand. Our production line also expertly handles sodium silicate sand casting, with both processes maintaining a harmonious similarity.
Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive regeneration processing system, supporting an annual casting output from 3,000 to 10,000 tons. The comprehensive process flow of our resin sand production line begins post-pouring, with the sand boxes and castings hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Progressive manual sorting extracts large jackets and risers, while sand and smaller components proceed through the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt. Post-magnetic separation, materials advance to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough breakdown, stripping, and screening. Screened sand ascends via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intensified regeneration. The resultant sand, intermixed with fine particulates, dust, and resin film, transitions into the flow curtain air separator. Coupled with a cyclone dust collector and a pulse-type back-blowing dust collector, it expertly screens out fine powder and dust. Next, the enriched sand is elevated to storage by the 2# elevator, ready for mixing. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer seamlessly integrates the process with precise pneumatic shutter control. Here, sand flows into the mixer, progressing via the screw blade, where curing agents and resin are intricately pre-mixed. The fully blended sand is then dispatched to the discharge port, effortlessly flowing into the sand box for modeling and core making. Finally, the tire is transported to the self-hardening area or treated with alcohol paste and release material, securing the box for final pouring and cooling.
