The Z94 Series Vertical Fractionated Hot Core Box Core Shooting Machine is a pinnacle of innovation and efficiency, perfectly suited for casting workshops across diverse industries such as automotive, sewing machines, tractors, and agricultural machinery. With its remarkable capability to reduce sand core costs and enhance sand core aeration, this machine ensures a low air emission casting surface, leading to high precision and superior mechanical properties. This revolutionary machine features a twin injection head design, allowing it to simultaneously shoot two sets of molds, and can also function independently. The movable shooting head, positioned across two distinct stations for sand addition and sand shooting, is suspended by four front and rear rollers along a guide rail. The shooting cavity, harmoniously integrated with the outer shell via four pressure springs, is powered by a cylinder, enabling seamless back-and-forth movement between sand adding and shooting stations. The shooting cavity can be lowered to press the shooting head and core box, with the spring resetting the shooting head post pressure release.
Designed for excellence, this machine adeptly cures phenolic resin laminated sand through electric or steam heating, producing sand cores or types with exceptional strength and finish. Employing a combination of pneumatic, hydraulic, or gas-hydraulic drives, it offers options like a quick change device for molds and sand injection plates, as well as a loose sand device. The integration of Japan's Omron PLC ensures precise control, while features such as an up-blowing device with automatic turning and vibration sand discharge make it ideal for large-scale production with complex shapes and high inner cavity casting demands. Electric heating and automatic temperature control further enhance its performance.
This state-of-the-art machine is equipped with an LCD screen for parameter setting, process display, and fault diagnosis, offering both manual and automatic controls along with automatic digital display temperature control. Post mold opening, the mold plate can rotate 90° to facilitate automatic core connection and removal. Utilizing high-frequency quenched and hard chromium-plated guide rails ensures high precision mold closing and extended service life. The mold is capable of multi-directional fast pumping, supported by buffer components for swift, impact-free operation, resulting in a prolonged equipment lifespan. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station effectively reduces oil temperature and delays component fatigue.
