Central to the sophistication of the Lost Foam Process is the vacuum negative pressure system. Utilizing the impressive water ring vacuum pump, we maintain a consistent negative pressure in the sand box, achieving a vacuum degree of up to -0.093MPa. This precision ensures compact dry sand formation and casting size accuracy at CT7-9 level. The modular design of Sanzhuji's system comes equipped with smart dust and exhaust gas management systems that ensure a pollution-free production environment, meeting the highest environmental standards.


Sanzhuji's pioneering rain sand adding technology sets new benchmarks in production efficiency. Through structural optimization of the sand feeder, we have achieved unprecedented control over sand distribution, increasing the sand adding speed by 30%. Our innovative elliptical sand leakage hole and folding plastic pad sealing design prevent dust spillage and minimize manual cleaning efforts. By integrating a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling, we achieve uniform and compact inner cavities in complex castings, boasting a remarkable finished product rate of 95% or higher.


Harnessing the power of Lost Foam Casting technology, we meticulously use foam models to pour intricate products. By embedding foam models into compacted loose sand within a molded box, and pouring liquid metal through a funnel, high-temperature gases are produced, allowing for easy product removal post solidification. This innovative foam removal technology enables the creation of highly complex products in a single pour, as foam models can be intricately pieced together, though each unique product necessitates a fresh foam model.
