The Z94 series vertical fractionated hot core box core shooting machine is a marvel in precision engineering, finding its essential role in the casting workshops of diverse industries like automobile, sewing machine, tractor, and agricultural machinery. Featuring an innovative double injection head, this machine can simultaneously handle two sets of molds or operate them independently, offering unparalleled flexibility. The shooting head is designed for mobility, operating on two distinct stations for sand addition and shooting. Ingeniously mounted on four front and rear rollers along the guide rail, the shooting head integrates seamlessly with the outer shell using four pressure springs. Driven by a cylinder, it seamlessly transitions between sand adding and shooting stations. The shooting cavity can be precisely lowered to press the shooting head and core box into place, while the spring action ensures a flawless reset post-pressure release.
Expertly designed for curing phenolic resin laminated sand using electric and steam heating, this machine produces sand cores or sand types of remarkable strength and finish. It leverages a blend of pneumatic, hydraulic, or gas-hydraulic drive systems, with options for mold, sand injection plate quick change device, and loose sand device tailored to the user's needs. With control precision, thanks to Japan Omron PLC, the machine boasts advanced features including an up-blowing device and functions for automatic turning, vibration sand discharge, and more. Ideal for mass production with medium-sized, complex shapes and intricate inner cavity requirements, it employs electric heating with automatic temperature control for optimal results.
Equipped with a state-of-the-art LCD screen, this machine allows for intuitive parameter setting, process display, fault diagnosis, and control—both manual and automatic. The automatic digital temperature control ensures precision. Once the mold opens, the mold plate can pivot 90° to enable automatic core connection and facilitate core removal. Constructed with high-frequency quenching and hard chrome-plated guide rails, the mold exhibits high precision and longevity. The multi-directional pumping ensures rapid mold changes. The inclusion of buffer parts allows the equipment to operate swiftly without impact, guaranteeing a long service life. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station effectively reduces oil temperature, thus prolonging component life.
