This specialized series of belt conveyors is engineered to excel in challenging environments characterized by high dust and varied material types in foundry workshops. High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Constructed with EP high modulus skeleton material boasting a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m and a heat-resistant rubber covering (temperature range from -20ºC to 120ºC), this conveyor is adept at alternating between high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (down to -20ºC). This robust design prevents belt hardening and cracking, ensuring longevity and durability.
The innovative design of the trough roller group, set at a 35° inclination angle, enhances the conveyor's capacity by 30%. A single machine can handle up to 200t/h, perfectly meeting the continuous sand supply demands of large casting workshops.
Intelligent Speed Regulation and Climbing Ability:
Featuring a state-of-the-art variable frequency drive system, the conveyor offers infinitely adjustable speeds ranging from 0.8 to 4.5m/s. This allows precise synchronization with the molding line's rhythm, such as the HWS line, which requires a steady sand supply of 2.5m/s.
With a maximum inclination angle of 22°, the conveyor can directly interface with high-level smelting furnace feeding ports, significantly reducing the need for additional transfer equipment investments.
Modular Sealing Design:
Boasting a fully enclosed guide trough with an IP65 protection level, and equipped with double-side ribs (150-300mm in height), this conveyor achieves a dust emission rate of <5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standard.
The quick-detachable cleaning scraper and V-shaped sweeper systems facilitate the automatic recovery of residual materials on the belt, achieving a cleaning rate of over 98% and dramatically reducing manual maintenance requirements.
