Leveraging the innovative turbo regeneration principle, our advanced machinery orchestrates the intricate interplay of sand particles. Through strategic rubbing, it effortlessly strips the membrane and rounds off sand grains. Within the regeneration basin, a protective cushion forms automatically, safeguarding against wear while the solid sand flow impacts panels to facilitate secondary regeneration. The lateral-mounted throttle plate ensures reliable sand regeneration, preserving sand integrity and enhancing roundness. The recycled sand proficiently minimizes liquid material usage, complemented by an optional secondary air separation mechanism that efficiently eliminates inert film and dust.
Our machine features a sophisticated secondary regeneration mechanism where the upper basin seamlessly transitions the rejuvenated old sand into the subsequent regeneration basin. Post-regeneration, the sand elegantly flows into the air separator part, optimizing the entire process.

Inspired by Shinto Co., Ltd. of Japan and integrating Luohe Shengmei's patented shock-absorbing bearing seat design, we ensure stable and high-speed operation.
2. Secondary regeneration classification system
First-level regeneration basin: As old sand enters via the feed port, it undergoes dual-axis blade rubbing and bottom boiling wind treatment (air volume 3N m³/min), achieving initial film removal. The inert film and dust are expertly redirected to the dust removal system through the side throttle plate.
Secondary regeneration basin: Sand particles gravitate into this advanced secondary basin, where the anti-wear refraction baffle and adjustable gap grinding disc expertly manage deep film stripping. The sand flow impacts the panel multiple times while the airbag cylinder support structure automatically shields equipment components from hard impacts.
Air separation optimization system
Post-secondary regeneration, sand particles advance into a meticulously designed multi-stage air selection device. A centrifugal fan (15-22kW) at the base generates a precision-controlled airflow (0.3-0.5MPa), effectively separating micro powder <0.106mm and residual inert film. The result is a stellar old sand recovery rate of ≥90% and ignition loss ≤1.0%.
