Our jolt-squeezing molding machines are a sophisticated ensemble of a main body, working table, mold starting mechanism, shock compacting mechanism, swivel arm pressing head, and a comprehensive pneumatic piping system.
1. The main body is a robust hollow framework. Its upper section supports the arm pressure head part, which, while compacting, ensures force is absorbed by the body. The body and shock mechanism are securely bolted, with the arm pressure head part mounted on a reversible swing arm. The pressure head features an adjustable screw elevator to modify its distance to the sand box, accommodating varying sand box heights.
