3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding process is perfected with a fixed mould on the middle box, featuring a uniquely designed butterfly-shaped movable plate, along with a robust bottom and top plate.
Our state-of-the-art equipment features components crafted from QT500 ductile iron, such as the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate. The lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron construction. Ensuring unmatched rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars fortify the five plates, complemented by 45Cr columns that are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated. Utilizing NOK brand seals, our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and steel wire braided high-pressure hoses withstand high pressure and temperature. With four support cylinders enhancing demoulding stability, and an oil cylinder optimizing sand pushing stability, you can expect nothing less than exceptional performance.

4. Pneumatic System.
Our machinery is equipped with top-tier pneumatic components from Taiwan's renowned Airtac brand. This includes a sophisticated air source processing triplet, a precise pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a reliable pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Discover the exceptional capabilities of our hydraulic pumping station, featuring five pairs of solenoid valves controlling the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Incorporating high-quality components from Japan Oil Research, including their solenoid valves and oil pumps, the system operates at 19MPa with a common pressure of 13MPa or less. Expect precision with the proportional valve of Oil Research, and digital control facilitated by a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, allowing easy adjustments up to a 19MPa upper limit. An air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, maintaining optimal temperatures and safeguarding hydraulic cylinder seals. A built-in heater in the oil tank prevents oil viscosity issues at low temperatures, ensuring smooth operations.
6. Control System.

Featuring a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC control, hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components are expertly managed to ensure synchronized and interlocked actions. The hydraulic oil temperature is controlled by an Omron thermostat, while the Mitsubishi PLC, output modules, and SND relays provide robust control over the hydraulic system, ensuring superior reliability and performance.
