Introducing the Z94 series vertical fractionated hot core box core shooting machine—a pivotal asset in the casting workshops across diverse industries such as automotive, sewing machines, tractors, and agricultural machinery. Designed with precision and efficiency in mind, this machine dramatically reduces sand core costs while ensuring exceptional aeration, minimal air emissions, and a casting surface that boasts high precision and superb mechanical properties. This innovative machine features a dual-injection head capable of simultaneous operation on two mold sets, offering versatile functionality whether used in tandem or separately. Its flexible shooting head glides along a guide rail, supported by four front and rear rollers, allowing seamless movement between sand-adding and sand-shooting stations. The intelligent design incorporates four pressure springs to merge the shooting head with the outer shell. Powered by a cylinder, the shooting head travels back and forth, efficiently pressing the shooting head to the core box and resetting with precision after pressure release.
Our machine optimizes the curing of phenolic resin laminated sand using both electric and steam heating, producing sand cores and types with unmatched strength and finish. It operates with a versatile drive system—pneumatic, hydraulic, or a gas-hydraulic combination—tailored to user preferences, complete with a rapid mold change device and sand release option. Utilizing a Japan Omron PLC for control, it excels in mass production of medium-sized, complex shapes. Its electric heating and automatic temperature control systems ensure optimal performance for intricate inner cavity casting requirements.
Equipped with an intuitive LCD screen, this machine allows for easy parameter setting, process display, and fault diagnostics, offering both manual and automatic controls. Its automatic digital display temperature control ensures precision. Post-mold opening, the mold plate rotates 90° to facilitate automatic core connection and removal. High-frequency quenched and hard chromium-plated guide rails ensure high-precision mold closing and longevity. The machine's dynamic, multi-directional mold capabilities integrate buffer components for smooth, impact-free operation, prolonging the equipment's life. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station efficiently manages oil temperature, extending component life.
