Green Sand Production Line Process: Our cutting-edge process leverages clay as a binder to produce superior modeling (core) sand. Mechanizing sand recycling is essential for maximizing foundry productivity. The quality of casting sand reclaimed after pouring is pivotal, directly influencing the quality, yield, and cost-effectiveness of castings. Recycling and treating used sand involves intensive processing and transport under stringent conditions, making mechanization crucial. After pouring and cooling, our advanced vibrating shakeout machine (drum shakeout machine) efficiently separates sand molds from hot castings, which are smoothly conveyed to the shot blasting area via a scale conveyor. At the shakeout machine's outlet, a belt conveyor transports reclaimed sand to the regeneration area. Cross-placed suspended magnetic separators and belt conveyors adeptly remove iron impurities from the reclaimed sand. Dust is meticulously filtered, and the processed sand is stored in small silos. Our state-of-the-art boiling cooling bed ensures efficient cooling of used sand, which is then elevated using the 2# bucket elevator to a storage silo. The unloader expertly allocates bulk sand to designated bins, each equipped with vibrating disc feeders. The sand is then transported to the rotor sand mixer’s storage hopper. Through a sophisticated screw feeder mechanism, coal powder and bentonite are precisely measured and blended to ensure consistent mixing in the rotor sand mixer. The refined sand is then ready for subsequent molding, guaranteeing superior casting quality.
