The heartbeat of the lost foam process is the vacuum negative pressure system. Employing a water ring vacuum pump, it achieves a stable negative pressure in the sand box, reaching an impressive vacuum degree of -0.093MPa. This ensures the compact formation of dry sand and precision in casting size, attaining CT7-9 level accuracy. Sanzhuji's system, with its modular design, incorporates advanced dust removal and exhaust gas treatment units, ensuring zero pollution in the workshop environment. This adherence to stringent environmental standards sets us apart.


Revolutionizing efficiency, our rain sand adding technology marks a significant leap forward. Sanzhuji's enhancement of the sand feeder's structure allows precise sand amount control, boosting the sand adding speed by 30%. The innovative elliptical sand leakage hole, coupled with a folding plastic pad sealing design, prevents dust spillage, reducing manual cleaning tasks. The synergy of a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling ensures the uniform and compact inner cavities of complex castings, achieving a remarkable finished product rate of 95% or higher.


The lost foam technology transforms the casting process, utilizing a foam model to shape the product. Positioned in a molded box within compacted loose sand, the foam model allows liquid metal to be poured via a funnel. Under high temperature, the foam model releases gases, and once solidified, the product detaches effortlessly from the mold. This technology enables the creation of exceptionally complex products in a single pour, as foam models can integrate various parts. Note that each unique product requires a new foam model.
