Elevating the lost foam process, the vacuum negative pressure system is pivotal. Utilizing a water ring vacuum pump, our system maintains a stable negative pressure in the sand box, achieving a vacuum degree up to -0.093MPa. This ensures dry sand compaction and casting size precision at CT7-9 level. The Sanzhuji system's modular design includes intelligent dust removal and exhaust gas treatment, delivering a zero-pollution workshop environment that complies with stringent environmental standards.


Revolutionary rain sand adding technology significantly boosts production efficiency. Sanzhuji's optimization of the sand feeder structure enables precise sand quantity control, increasing sand adding speed by 30% via an elliptical sand leakage hole and folding plastic pad sealing design. This innovation prevents dust spillage and minimizes manual cleaning efforts. The integration of a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling guarantees uniform, compact inner cavities for complex castings, achieving a finished product rate of 95% or higher.


Harnessing the power of lost foam technology, foam models are utilized to craft products. Embedded in a mold box within compacted loose sand, the foam model meets liquid metal poured through a funnel. The high temperatures cause the foam to emit gases, allowing easy extraction of the solidified product. This foam removal technique enables the creation of intricate products in a single pour, as foam models can be assembled from multiple parts. Note: Each unique product requires a new foam model.
