The Z94 series vertical fractionated hot core box core shooting machine is a marvel in the casting workshops of various industries such as automobile, sewing machine, tractor, and agricultural machinery. Revered for its cost-effective sand core production, exceptional sand core aeration, and minimal air emission casting surfaces, this machine offers high precision and outstanding mechanical properties. This innovative machine boasts a dual injection head capable of simultaneously shooting two mold sets, or operating independently. Featuring a movable shooting head, it expertly handles sand addition and shooting across two distinct stations. The shooting head, gliding smoothly on guide rails via four front and rear rollers, partners perfectly with the outer shell through four pressure springs. Driven by a cylinder, it seamlessly navigates between sand addition and shooting stations. When activated, the shooting cavity skillfully presses down, marrying the shooting head with the core box, until the springs effortlessly reset post-operation.
Designed for phenolic resin laminated sand curing using electric and steam heating, this machine crafts sand cores and types with impeccable strength and finish. Operating with pneumatic, hydraulic, or gas-hydraulic drives, it offers a versatile mold, sand injection plate quick-change device, and a sand loosening feature for customization. The heart of its control is the Japan Omron PLC, complemented by up-blowing technology, automatic turning, and vibration sand discharge, making it ideal for mass production of medium-sized, complex shapes, and intricate inner cavity castings. With electric heating and an automatic temperature control system, it's engineered for precision and efficiency.
Featuring an LCD screen for parameter settings, process monitoring, fault diagnosis, and a choice of manual or automatic operations, this system includes automatic digital temperature control. Post-mold opening, the mold plate's ability to rotate 90° facilitates seamless core connections and removal. The construction uses high-frequency quenched, hard-chrome-plated guide rails for immaculate mold closure precision and longevity. Fast, multidirectional mold pumping is supported by a buffer system that ensures rapid, impact-free movement, extending equipment life. An electromagnetic overflow air-cooled hydraulic station lowers oil temperatures and mitigates component fatigue.
