Cartridge dust collector structure:
The structure of the cartridge dust collector is a masterclass in engineering, comprising an inlet duct, exhaust duct, a meticulously designed box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, flow guide device, and an airflow diversion distribution plate, all working in harmony. It features a cartridge and an electric control device, resembling the impressive design of an air box pulse bag dust collection structure.

Working principle of cartridge dust collector:
Upon entry into the dust collector, the dusty gas undergoes a sudden expansion in the airflow section, aided by the airflow distribution plate. Here, Brownian diffusion and sieving work their magic, depositing dust on the filter material's surface. The purified air then flows into the clean air chamber and exits through the exhaust pipe, propelled by the fan.
