It adeptly addresses the problem of 'sand shadow' in castings with intricate shapes or elevated casting heights. This revolutionary up and down sand injection molding technology is versatile, seamlessly adapting to a diverse array of castings, be it small, medium, or large. Moreover, it can skillfully handle type plates with deep hanging sand shapes, significantly reducing the collapse box phenomenon while enhancing the dimensional precision of castings.

This ensures that sand fills the type plate perpendicularly in a fluidic state, achieving impeccable uniformity. Masterfully designed to adapt to varied sand characteristics, it boasts a compaction balance control feature that prevents distortion and deformation, thus allowing the use of thinner type plate molds while reducing collapse box incidents.
3. Moulding Machine Table - The Precision Platform for Excellence.
The molding operation is centered on the fixed mould attached to the middle box during production. It features a sophisticated butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate design.
Our meticulously engineered components, including the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate, are crafted from premium QT500 ductile iron. Meanwhile, the robust lower pressure plate is forged from high chromium alloy iron. To ensure unparalleled equipment rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are integrally cast behind the five principal plates. The sturdy columns are made of 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated for durability. The hydraulic cylinders are fortified with industry-leading heavy-duty NOK brand internal seals. Steel wire braided high-pressure hoses link the equipment to the hydraulic cylinders, offering superior resistance to high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is outfitted with four support cylinders, vastly enhancing demoulding stability, while the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, significantly boosts sand pushing reliability.

4. Pneumatic System - Efficiency Redefined with Taiwanese Precision.
Our pneumatic components proudly incorporate high-quality Taiwan Airtac brand elements, including the air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring seamless operation and reliability.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station - Mastery of Motion Control.
The hydraulic pump station is a marvel of engineering, featuring five pairs of solenoid valves meticulously controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing the renowned Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pump, the system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a typical usage pressure of 13MPa or less. Pressure control is achieved through a sophisticated oil research proportional valve, seamlessly integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for precise digital adjustments. An air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, ensuring optimal working temperatures and protecting hydraulic cylinder seals. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank automatically activates below 6 degrees and stops at 10 degrees, preventing high viscosity and safeguarding the oil pump from potential damage.
6. Control System - The Brain Behind Precision and Performance.
Our state-of-the-art control system governs the critical aspects of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automatic system leverages a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and orchestrate the seamless interaction between Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. The Omron thermostat meticulously manages hydraulic oil temperature, while the hydraulic system is predominantly controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, output modules, and SND relays, ensuring flawless and synchronized operation.
