Resin sand, a type of core sand bonded with resin, embodies an innovative approach to sand regeneration. This process ingeniously removes the binder film from sand surfaces, optimally adjusting their texture and particle size, serving as a cost-effective alternative to new sand. Recycling old sand serves quadruple purposes: it conserves new sand usage, cuts down on disposal transportation costs, and produces uniformly smooth, well-set particles, thereby enhancing casting quality. Particularly with recycled resin sand, resin addition is minimized, substantially reducing resin costs and mitigating environmental impact from waste sand. Moreover, the production line is adept at handling sodium silicate sand casting, reflecting the similarities in their sand processing methodologies.
Our advanced resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual output range of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Equipped with state-of-the-art PLC control, this line ensures precise management of electrical equipment, maintaining top-level restrictions and protections. A simulation screen provides a real-time, stable, and reliable portrayal of operations, achieving seamless automatic production.
Resin Sand Production Line Process: Post-pouring, the sand box and castings journey to the inertia vibration shakeout machine, where manual sorting handles large jackets and risers. The sand, masses, and small cold iron pieces fall through the grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Following magnetic separation, materials proceed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for meticulous crushing, stripping, and screening. Post-screening sand ascends via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, experiencing vigorous regeneration and thorough stripping. The finely regenerated sand, mixed with dust and resin film, flows into the flow curtain air separator, linked with cyclone and pulse dust collectors to eliminate impurities. Elevating further with 2# bucket elevator, the sand enters the storage warehouse, awaiting transfer to the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Here, sand blends with additives through precision-controlled mixing, resulting in robust foundational material ready for modeling and core creation. Final preparations include treatments such as alcohol paste brushing, concluding in drying, release material application, and box closure, culminating in pouring and cooling.
