Resin sand, a sophisticated core sand bonded by resin, undergoes an advanced regeneration process. This technique maximizes the removal of binder films, fine-tunes sand surface and particle size, and presents an economical alternative to new sand. By recycling old sand, it not only reduces new sand consumption but also cuts down on disposal and transportation costs. The regenerated sand boasts uniform particles with smooth surfaces and optimal heat settings, significantly enhancing casting quality. Notably, using recycled resin sand decreases resin requirements, slashing costs, while mitigating environmental pollution from waste sand. Additionally, this versatile production line seamlessly processes sodium silicate sand castings with a similar sand treatment approach, ensuring comprehensive solutions.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line delivers an impressive annual casting output, ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons. Utilizing advanced PLC control systems, this setup ensures complete electrical equipment regulation and protection. The operation's reliability is visually represented on a simulation screen, promising stable, automatic, and seamless production processes.


The resin sand production line process flow is a marvel of engineering. Post-pouring, the sand box and castings are lifted to an inertia vibration shakeout machine, where large jackets and risers are sorted by hand. The sands then descend through a magnetic separation belt conveyor, ensuring efficient segregation. The material progresses to a multi-functional vibrating crusher and regenerator, where it undergoes meticulous crushing, stripping, and screening. Elevating via 1# bucket elevator, the sand reaches the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intense processing, removing fine powders, dust, and resin films. The flow curtain air separator, linked with sophisticated dust collectors, ensures a pristine sand output. 2# bucket elevator then strategically positions the sand in the warehouse, ready for transition to the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Through a series of precise additions and mixing of curing agents and resins, the sand reaches perfection, culminating in preparation for the molding and core-making processes. Finally, the crafted tire undergoes rigorous self-hardening or alcohol paste treatments before being sealed for pouring and cooling.
