This state-of-the-art machine features a robust secondary regeneration system, allowing the upper basin's rejuvenated sand to seamlessly transition into the next regeneration stage. Harnessing the turbocharged regeneration principle, our equipment features dual-axis rubbing blades rotating at high speeds (720-970r/min), creating a dynamic fluidized sand cushion. This ingenious mechanism enhances inter-particle friction within the sand cushion, efficiently removing resin films (boasting a mold release rate of ≥25%) while minimizing sand particle breakage (crushing rate <5%). The result is a remarkable over 30% improvement in sand grain roundness. 2. Secondary regeneration classification system
First-level regeneration basin: As old sand enters via the feed port, the dual-axis blades and bottom boiling wind (air volume 3N m³/min) perform initial film removal. Inert films and dust are expertly channeled to the dust removal system via the side throttle plate, ensuring a pristine regeneration process.
Secondary regeneration basin: Unsurpassed in its precision, this basin employs an anti-wear refraction baffle and adjustable gap grinding disc design. Sand flows naturally into this phase, where multiple refractions achieve deep film stripping. The airbag cylinder support adds an extra layer of protection, intelligently avoiding hard objects to safeguard vital components.
Air separation optimization system
Innovative multi-stage air selection awaits the sand particles post-secondary regeneration. Our centrifugal fan (15-22kW) generates a meticulously controlled airflow (0.3-0.5MPa), expertly segregating micro powders <0.106mm from residual inert films.
