The GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer from Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd. is a revolutionary sand mixer, boasting three national patents and a superior, optimized design. This cutting-edge machine excels in mixing green sand with unmatched efficiency. Its core operation lies in the high-speed rotation of a bottom scraper, propelling materials into a dynamic circular flow within the basin. Simultaneously, the rotor blade, also spinning rapidly, imparts both impact and shearing forces onto the sand. This vigorous interaction allows sand grains to swiftly contact and vigorously rub against each other, ensuring rapid mixing with optimal looseness. The mixer is particularly adept for use with mechanized molding machines, thanks to its integration with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and an automatic water filling system. This setup enables a seamless automatic sand mixing unit, supplying a continuous sand flow for the molding machine. Noteworthy benefits include its simplistic, compact build, ease of maintenance and operation, economic durability, high load capacity, impressive productivity, and load starting advantage. The sand quality, in terms of compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability, consistently meets qualified standards.
GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer Composition:
1. The main motor engages the reducer input via a European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft coupling to the column through a chain coupling. This setup allows the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise rotation, pushing the sand scraper device to form an efficient ring flow of sand.
2. Twin rotor mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the circular beam, each powered by the main motor through a V-belt and gears after a second deceleration. This design facilitates the rotor's counterclockwise rotation, working in tandem with the scraper to apply impactful shear and frictional forces to the sand.
3. The reducer's transmission gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, hardened for prolonged service. Additionally, a magnetic oil plug captures iron foam within the casing. The mixer’s bottom plate features a smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone, while the scraper inserts are welded with durable carbide. Anti-sand treatment is ensured with a stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene inner liner ring.
4. The unloading mechanism is equipped with an automatic air unloader, accomplishing a complete sand mixing cycle in approximately 3 minutes. Once mixing concludes, the unloading port efficiently discharges the material automatically, negating the need for manual intervention, thus saving time and enhancing efficiency.
5. Featuring an automatic water injection system, the GS mixer comes with a dedicated water pump that precisely adjusts water input based on sand volume. Following initial setup and calibration, water is injected automatically according to each batch's wet sand volume, ensuring an ideal water distribution ratio.
6. The GS mixer is equipped with either a grid dosing device or an electronic scale on its top cover, allowing for accurate material additions. It also includes an exhaust for effective dust removal and thermal dissipation, maintaining optimal operational conditions.
7. The reducer is conveniently mounted on the base, allowing for straightforward maintenance. By disconnecting the chain coupling and moving the main motor away from the coupling's insertion point, horizontal extraction for repair is possible without needing to dismantle the column or other components.
