Cartridge Dust Collector Structure:
The smart design of the cartridge dust collector consists of an inlet duct, exhaust duct, box, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, flow guide device, airflow diversion distribution plate, cartridge, and an electric control device. It is akin to the structure of an air box pulse bag dust collection system.
Performance Characteristics:
1. Featuring a compact configuration, this system guarantees easy maintenance and a remarkable service life, with operational longevity extending beyond two years.
2. The filter cartridge is crafted using high-quality polyester fiber as the filtering medium. It features a sub-micron ultra-thin fiber layer, intricately adhered to the general filter media, where closely arranged fibers create sieve holes that effectively block the majority of sub-micron dust particles on the filter media's surface.

Working Principle of Cartridge Dust Collector:
Upon entry into the dust collector, the dusty gas undergoes an airflow section expansion and encounters the airflow distribution plate. As a result, coarse particles in the airflow are settled in the dust collector due to dynamic and inertial forces. Fine dust particles with smaller size and density proceed into the dust filter chamber, where they are deposited on the filter material surface through Brownian diffusion and sieving. The purified gas then enters the clean air chamber and is expelled through the exhaust pipe by the fan.
The resistance of the cartridge dust collector grows with the dust layer thickness on the filter media surface. Once resistance reaches a predetermined level, dust clearing is initiated. The PLC program then oversees the opening and closing of the pulse valve: first by closing a chamber lift valve to cut off the filter airflow, then opening the electromagnetic pulse valve. This allows compressed air to expand briefly in the upper box, entering the cartridge, causing it to expand, deform, and vibrate. Reverse airflow brushes off the dust on the filter bag's outer surface, stripping it into the dust hopper. Once dust cleaning concludes, the electromagnetic pulse valve closes, the lift valve reopens, and filtration resumes. Each chamber is cleaned sequentially, creating a complete cleaning cycle. Removed dust falls into the dust hopper and is discharged via the dust removal valve.
