High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Constructed with EP high modulus skeleton material (breaking strength ≥15kN/m) and a heat-resistant rubber covering layer (withstanding -20ºC to 120ºC), this structure ensures resilience and performance stability, adeptly managing the alternating transportation of high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (down to -20ºC), thereby preventing belt degradation.
Our trough roller group design, with a 35° inclination angle, boosts conveyor capacity by a remarkable 30%. Consequently, the maximum capacity of a single machine can reach an impressive 200t/h, fulfilling the continuous sand supply demands of even the largest casting workshops.
Intelligent Speed Regulation and Climbing Ability:
With an integrated variable frequency drive system, the conveying speed is adjustable between 0.8-4.5m/s, providing precise synchronization with molding line rhythms (for instance, the HWS line requires a steady sand supply rate of 2.5m/s).
Capable of reaching a maximum inclination angle of 22°, this conveyor can seamlessly connect to the smelting furnace's high-level feeding port, significantly reducing investment needs for additional transfer equipment.
Modular Sealing Design:
Featuring a fully enclosed guide trough (IP65 protection level) with dual-side ribs (height ranging from 150-300mm), the system ensures a dust emission rate of <5mg/m³, surpassing the rigorous GB 16297-1996 standard.
The inclusion of a quick-detachable cleaning scraper and V-shaped sweeper facilitates the automatic recovery of residual materials on the belt, achieving a cleaning rate of >98% and reducing manual maintenance efforts.
