With recycled sand, you enjoy significant savings on new sand purchases and transportation costs typically involved in discarding old sand. The regenerated sand particles boast uniformity, smooth surfaces, and excellent heat resistance, enhancing the quality of your castings. Particularly advantageous is the reduced resin usage when employing recycled resin sand, further driving down costs. Moreover, recycling mitigates environmental pollution from waste sand disposal. Experience an optimized process flow with our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are meticulously sorted by hand, while sand, sand mass, and small cold iron fragments drop through the sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, materials are routed to a multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough crushing and stripping. The screened sand is elevated via the 1# bucket elevator, moving to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intensive regeneration and stripping. Fine powder, dust, and resin film are efficiently removed in the flow curtain air separator, connecting to cyclone and pulse-type dust collectors for high-efficiency cleaning. The rejuvenated sand then moves to the sand warehouse via the 2# bucket elevator, ready for the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. Sand mixes with curing agent and resin, achieving a perfect blend before flowing into the prepared sand box for seamless modeling and core making. The cured products undergo self-hardening or alcohol paste combustion treatment, finishing with a release material brushing to dry, close, and cool the box flawlessly.
