This machine harnesses the power of the turbo regeneration principle, ingeniously utilizing the friction between old sand particles to meticulously strip membranes and round off grains. As sand regenerates, it forms an automatic cushion layer within the basin, safeguarding against wear and tear. The powerful flow of sand impacts panels for a complete secondary regeneration, while a lateral throttle plate guarantees consistent and reliable sand rejuvenation. Remarkably, the sand maintains its integrity throughout, with improved roundness and uniformity. This recycled sand significantly cuts down the need for additional liquid material. The lower section hosts a secondary air separation mechanism to efficiently expel inert film and dust from the recycled sand.

Turbine regeneration dynamics and sand interaction mechanism

Using dual-axis high-speed rotation (reaching 720-970r/min), it crafts a fluidized sand cushion in the regeneration basin. This enhances friction strength among sand particles through a self-organizing effect, allowing for effective resin film removal (mold release rate ≥ 25%) while preventing particle crushing (crushing rate <5%). Ultimately, achieve a 30% enhancement in sand particle roundness. 2. Secondary regeneration classification system
First-level regeneration basin: Upon entering through the feed port, old sand is expertly rubbed by dual-axis blades and the invigorating bottom boiling wind (air volume 3N m³/min) to initiate film removal. The inert film and dust are then efficiently redirected to the dust removal system via the side throttle plate.
Secondary regeneration basin: Gravity guides untreated sand particles into the secondary basin. Here, the anti-wear refraction baffle and adjustable gap grinding disc design come into play. Air separation optimization system
Following secondary regeneration, sand particles enter the multi-stage air selection device, where a controlled airflow (0.3-0.5MPa) is generated by a centrifugal fan (power 15-22kW) at the base. This airflow meticulously separates micro powder <0.106mm and residual inert film, culminating in a commendable old sand recovery rate of ≥90% and ignition loss ≤1.0%.
