Our Green Sand Hexagonal Screen, with its sophisticated design, employs a unique method of large end feeding coupled with small end discharging. This innovative spindle tilting installation significantly enhances the screening capabilities. The high-speed operation propels the material from a heightened starting point, effectively achieving both crushing and screening in one seamless motion.
Crafted from cold-drawn stainless steel braided net, the long hole net exhibits remarkable durability, making it particularly adept for handling hot and humid materials. The hexagonal structure that surrounds the screen is ingeniously tensioned or fixed to each other, ensuring the screen surface remains intact, offers superior rebound characteristics, and facilitates effortless replacement.
Our system features robust ventilation at the air inlet, expertly cooling the sand while meticulously controlling the mud content within the reclaimed sand.
In the realm of foundry sand treatment and regeneration, our advanced technology excels at the swift cooling and precise screening of high-temperature wet sand, typically maintained at temperatures ranging from 80-150ºC with moisture content between 3-8%. Tilted Spindle Dynamic Design:
With the spindle installed at a strategic inclination of 15°-25°, the large end feed port (Φ600-1200mm) collaborates seamlessly with the vibration motor (operating at 900-1500r/min). This design ensures sand particles are propelled onto the screen following a parabolic trajectory (initial velocity of 2-5m/s), achieving concurrent impact crushing and screening.
