Introducing the revolutionary GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a cutting-edge innovation in sand mixing technology, designed with three national patents that have been meticulously optimized. This state-of-the-art mixer is perfect for the precise blending of green sand, boasting a unique mechanism where a high-speed bottom scraper creates a dynamic circular flow within the machine basin. Simultaneously, the rotor blade delivers powerful impact and shear forces, ensuring rapid and thorough mixing. The result is a swift sand mixing process that achieves optimal looseness without the need for an additional loosening machine. Perfectly suited for mechanized molding machines, the mixer seamlessly integrates with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system to form an automated sand mixing unit, providing a continuous supply to molding machines. Its design is lauded for simplicity, compactness, easy maintenance, and durability, while also offering robust loading capacity, impressive productivity, and efficient load starting. The sand's performance—measured in compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability—surpasses qualifying indices.
GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The main motor powers the reducer input via a European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft linked to the column through a chain coupling. This setup causes the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise motion, enabling the scraper device to push the sand into a ring flow.
2. Two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the cross beam circle. Each rotor is driven by the main motor using v-belts and gears, undergoing a second deceleration to rotate counterclockwise. Together with the scraping plate, they apply impact, shear, and friction forces to the sand.
3. The reducer's transmission gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, hardened for extended life. Additionally, a magnetic oil plug captures iron particles within the box. The sand mixer’s bottom plate is lined with faience cast stone, offering a smooth, wear-resistant surface. Scraper inserts are welded with wear-resistant carbide, while the inner liner ring uses stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for superb sand protection.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the sand mixer completes a mixing cycle in an average of just 3 minutes. Once the green sand is perfectly mixed, the unloading port automatically releases the material, enhancing efficiency by eliminating the need for manual operation.
5. Equipped with an automatic water injection system, the GS High Efficiency Sand Mixer includes a water pump that adjusts the injection mechanism according to the sand mixing volume. After initial setup and calibration, it systematically injects water based on each batch's wet sand volume, ensuring a precise water-to-sand ratio.
6. The high-efficiency rotor sand mixer is fitted with a grid dosing device or electronic scale on the top cover. This feature ensures accurate material additions while an exhaust hole facilitates effective dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is firmly mounted on the base. During maintenance, the chain coupling is easily disconnected, and the main motor can be shifted out of the coupling insertion part. This design allows horizontal removal for repairs without dismantling the column or other components.
