Green sand production line process: At the heart of our production is clay sand, binding seamlessly to form core modeling sand. Mechanization in sand recovery stands as a cornerstone in foundry production. The caliber of casting sand reclaimed post-pour critically impacts the quality and yield of castings, driving down operational costs. The intricate recycling and treatment journey of used sand involves substantial processing and transportation effort, demanding a mechanized approach due to harsh environmental conditions. Post-pour and cooling, the sand mold efficiently disengages through a vibrating shakeout machine. Castings journey to the shot blasting zone via a scale conveyor. The shakeout machine's sand outlet, equipped with a belt conveyor, transitions spent sand to the regeneration area. There, a precise interplay of a suspended magnetic separator and belt conveyor economically extracts iron residues. Dust removal ports clear dust from old sand, directing it to a small sand silo. A boiling cooling bed tempers the old sand, with vertical elevation by the 2# bucket elevator for secure storage. A sophisticated unloader dispenses old sand into sand bins, complemented by a vibrating disc feeder at the base. Old sand moves seamlessly into a belt conveyor for transfer to the rotor sand mixer's storage hopper. For optimized casting, coal powder and bentonite are deftly mixed in precise proportions via an auxiliary electronic scale, entering the rotor sand mixer. The rejuvenated sand, post sand loosening machine processing, advances to the molding machine, primed for reuse.
