The vacuum negative pressure system serves as the lifeblood of the lost foam process. Utilizing a sophisticated water ring vacuum pump, it maintains a consistent negative pressure within the sand box, achieving vacuum degrees of up to -0.093MPa. This ensures the dry sand is tightly compacted, reaching casting size accuracies between CT7-9 levels. Sanzhuji's system is crafted with a modular design and features innovative dust removal and exhaust gas treatment apparatuses, ensuring a pollution-free workshop environment that adheres to the most stringent environmental regulations.
Revolutionizing production efficiency, the innovative rain sand adding technology is a game-changer. Sanzhuji has enhanced the sand feeder's architecture, mastering precise sand amount control. This is achieved through an elliptical sand leakage hole and a folding plastic pad sealing design, boosting sand adding speeds by 30%. This system effectively prevents dust spillages, diminishing manual cleaning tasks. Coupling a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling, we guarantee the inner cavity of intricate castings remains uniformly and tightly packed, achieving a remarkable finished product rate of 95% or higher.
Employing the advanced lost foam technology, we utilize a foam model to cast intricate products. This foam model is strategically placed within a mold box consisting of loosely packed sand, compacted by vibration. Liquid metal is meticulously poured over the foam via a pouring funnel. Under high temperatures, the foam model generates gases, and upon metal solidification, the product is effortlessly extracted from the mold. Foam removal technology enables the casting of highly complex products in one go, with foam models crafted from multiple components. Importantly, each product demands a new foam model, ensuring bespoke creations every time.
