Resin sand, a specialized core sand binding resin, offers an innovative regeneration process designed to efficiently remove binder films and adjust sand surface grain size. This eco-friendly solution replaces new sand economically, significantly cutting costs on both consumption and transportation. Recycled sand is consistently smooth, optimally-sized, and enhances casting quality, particularly through reduced resin addition when reused. Adopting resin sand recycling minimizes environmental impact and aligns with sustainable practices by reducing waste. Our production line also accommodates sodium silicate sand casting, providing a versatile processing method for both sand types with similar techniques.


Our resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual capacity of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Featuring advanced PLC control, our system ensures precise management of electrical equipment, safeguarding operations for consistently stable and reliable automatic production. Delve into the meticulous process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are transported to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are manually sorted, while sand and small cold iron pieces proceed through the magnetic separation belt conveyor, undergoing magnetic separation. The sand is then conveyed to a multi-functional vibrating crusher for crushing, stripping, and screening. Post-screening, sand is elevated to a centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intense regeneration and complete stripping. This regenerated sand, mixed with fine powder, dust, and resin film, is expertly transported to a flow curtain air separator, seamlessly connected to cyclone and pulse-type dust collectors to eliminate impurities. Finally, sand is transferred to a mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer where it is mixed with curing agents and resin, resulting in fully integrated sand ready for core making. The process concludes with combustion treatment and final polishing in the self-hardening area, ensuring quality and precision at every step.
