Bolted securely to the shock mechanism, the swivel arm press head features a screw elevator for precise adjustment based on sand box height, ensuring optimal compaction force distribution.
2. Crafted from ductile iron, the working table is a masterpiece of casting, tailored to accommodate various sand box sizes with precision and resilience, enhancing the overall functionality of the moulding machine.
3. Our hydraulic piston contact box features a sophisticated multi-contact body, incorporating pneumatic multi-contact and four pull hooks. The pneumatic multi-contacts focus inlet air on the multi-contact body, channeling it through the fixed piston's specialized pathways. 4. The mould starting structure is an engineering marvel, consisting of two mould starting cylinders, a connecting rod, a balance shaft, a mould starting table, and a mould starting rod.
