Resin sand, a specialized core sand, utilizes resin as a binder to create an economical and efficient alternative to new sand. The regeneration process meticulously removes the binder film from the old sand's surface, optimizing particle size and texture for reuse. By recycling old sand, you significantly cut down on both the consumption of new sand and the costs associated with disposal. The process yields consistently uniform and smooth sand particles, contributing to superior casting quality. The reuse of resin sand notably decreases the necessary resin volume, thereby reducing resin costs and minimizing environmental impact from waste sand discharge. The versatile production line also accommodates sodium silicate sand casting, with a processing method closely aligned to that of resin sand.
Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual capacity ranging from 3000 to 10000 tons of castings. It integrates advanced PLC control technology to meticulously oversee electrical equipment, ensuring comprehensive protection and restriction. The system's simulation display highlights stable and reliable operations, achieving seamless automatic production.
Experience the streamlined process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, sandboxes and castings are transported to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers is followed by magnetic separation of sand, sand mass, and cold iron pieces on a belt conveyor. These are then directed to a multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough crushing and stripping. After screening, sand is conveyed to the 1# bucket elevator, which elevates it to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for robust regeneration. The fine powder, dust, and resin film-laden regenerated sand is then processed through the flow curtain air separator. This system, linked with cyclone and pulse-type back blowing dust collectors, efficiently eliminates fine particles and dust. The sand is subsequently elevated to the storage warehouse via the 2# bucket elevator. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer receives sand through a pneumatic shutter, where it is conveyed by a screw blade for initial mixing. Here, curing agents and resin are meticulously integrated. The thoroughly mixed sand is directed to the discharge port, flowing into prepared sandboxes for precise modeling and core-making. The process concludes with tire transfer to the self-hardening area or alcohol paste application for combustion and eventual box closure for pouring and cooling.
