The hydraulic system represents the pinnacle of precision, controlled by the high-tech proportional valve from Taiwan Seven Oceans. Equipped with a high-resolution electronic ruler, it empowers real-time actuator tracking and positioning. This allows for precise system pressure and flow adjustments directly from the intuitive touch screen, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Characteristics of the Removable Flask Molding Machine:
1. Features an intuitive automatic one-button operation system—easy to learn and operate, eliminating the need for specialized labor.
A complete molding process is initiated with a single press of the start button (assuming no core condition). For workpieces requiring a core, the program automatically halts after selection; once coring is complete, simply press the close mold button, and the program will finish automatically.
2. Delivers horizontal and vertical parting without obstruction, facilitating effortless core lowering.
3. Template installation is swift and secure with four screws, allowing for quick replacements within five minutes, accommodating interchangeable molds of the same size.
4. The casting hardness is customizable to meet diverse casting requirements. Adjustments are straightforward and quick, enabling hardness levels from 85 to 90 degrees, tailored to specific needs.
5. Adjustable casting height for sand conservation: The upper and lower compaction plates can be modified to produce varying casting heights.
6. Molding accuracy is assured: The process is executed in a uniformly positioned mold board and sand box system, ensuring high repeatability. The entire molding operation is automatically controlled, free from human interference, resulting in consistently stable and efficient molding quality.

2. The Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine is the ultimate solution to the challenges of inconsistent sand hardness due to the uniform sand cloth. Designed meticulously, it effectively addresses the issues of sand shadows in castings with complex shapes or those requiring significant casting heights. This versatile machine is perfect for an extensive range of castings—small, medium, and large—and is capable of molding deep hanging sand shapes with precision. By reducing the collapse box and enhancing the dimensional accuracy of castings, it represents a leap forward in molding technology.
Our sand injection technology employs cutting-edge airflow suspension bottom injection, ensuring the sand flows perpendicularly to the type plate, achieving unrivaled uniformity in sand filling. This innovative approach prevents sand clogging, enabling stable production of even the most intricate and deep-shaped products. It significantly upgrades the quality of sand filling, minimizes defects like bad sand eyes, and boosts the dimensional accuracy of castings. The system is adaptable to a wide array of sand types, featuring advanced compaction balance control to prevent mold distortion and deformation, enhancing the precision of castings while allowing for the use of thinner type plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process is anchored by a mold fixed on the middle box. Our innovative design includes a butterfly-shaped movable plate, along with a bottom and top plate.
Crafted with utmost precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are composed of robust QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is crafted from high chromium alloy iron. Ensuring unparalleled equipment rigidity, multiple reinforcement bars are integrally cast behind the five plates. The columns, made from 45Cr, are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated. The system's hydraulic prowess is underscored by heavy-duty NOK-sealed hydraulic cylinders, and the steel wire braided high-pressure hoses withstand intense pressure and temperatures. Furthermore, the lower box cylinder is fortified with 4 support cylinders, fortifying the stability in demoulding, complemented by an oil cylinder for the sand pushing mechanism, which remarkably boosts its stability.

4. Pneumatic system
Our machine's pneumatic components exemplify quality, featuring the Taiwan Airtac brand, which provides an air source processing triplet, along with pneumatic actuating elements such as cylinders and solenoid valves for seamless pneumatic control.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
The sophisticated pump station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Implementing the precision of Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates under a pressure of 19MPa, with a regular usage pressure of 13MPa or below. The precision of the system is managed by an Oil Research proportional valve, Mitsubishi PLC module, and a Mitsubishi touch screen for digital control, offering easy adjustments via touch screen input. An air-cooled radiator ensures that when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, the cooling fan initiates automatically, safeguarding the hydraulic oil within its optimal working temperature to protect hydraulic cylinder seals. Additionally, the hydraulic oil tank features a heater that activates when oil temperatures drop below 6 degrees, stopping the heat at 10 degrees to prevent high viscosity from affecting oil flow and pump efficiency.
6. Control system.
The control system orchestrates pressure, speed, and temperature with impeccable precision. At its core, the Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC control system, along with the Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components system, drive the hydraulic solenoid valve operations and synchronize the complex interlocking actions of the equipment. Omron thermostats manage the hydraulic oil temperature system, while the control system, powered by Mitsubishi PLC output modules and SND relays, ensures seamless operation across all components.
