It excels in molding deep hanging sand shape type plates and significantly reduces collapse box occurrences while enhancing the dimensional precision of castings.
Our sand injection technology employs an advanced air flow suspension method, enabling bottom injection that ensures sand fills perpendicularly in a dynamic flow state, achieving unparalleled uniformity. 3. Moulding Machine Table.
Molding is achieved with the mold securely fixed on the middle box during production. Its design, featuring a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top, is engineered for superior performance.
Crafted with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are composed of QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is fashioned from high chromium alloy iron. To ensure structural integrity, numerous reinforcement bars are integrated behind the five plates. The columns are made from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and finished with hard chrome plating. Our hydraulic cylinders are robust, equipped with NOK brand internal seals, and paired with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses to withstand extreme conditions. Additionally, four support cylinders enhance the lower box cylinder's demolding stability, and the cutting-edge oil cylinder sand pushing mechanism significantly boosts sand pushing reliability.

4. Pneumatic System
Our pneumatic system is designed with high-quality components from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, which includes air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
This state-of-the-art pump station is equipped with five pairs of solenoid valves, each precisely controlling the main, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. Utilizing premium Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, it operates at a hydraulic system pressure of 19MPa, with common usage pressures of 13MPa or less. The system's pressure is meticulously controlled via an Oil Research proportional valve, integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, facilitating digital adjustments. An air-cooled radiator activates automatically to maintain optimal hydraulic oil temperatures, safeguarding hydraulic seals and preventing overheating. A heater ensures oil viscosity remains ideal, activating below 6 degrees and ceasing above 10 degrees, thus preserving pump efficacy.
6. Control System.
Our sophisticated control system meticulously manages pressure, speed, and temperature operations. It employs a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC for dynamic hydraulic solenoid valve control, alongside Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components to synchronize equipment actions seamlessly. The hydraulic oil temperature is precisely moderated using an Omron thermostat, with the entire hydraulic system governed by Mitsubishi PLC through output modules and SND relays, ensuring flawless performance and interlocking action continuity.
