Removable Flask Molding Machine Composition:
1. The horizontal sand injection employs side-directional airflow suspension, ensuring even and unobstructed sand filling. This high-quality sand fill reduces defects like sand eyes, enhances casting size precision, and prevents mold plate distortion, collapsing, and deformation. Ideal for simple shapes and thin sand layers, our machine balances compaction to support thinner mold plates.
2. Our revolutionary Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine is engineered to tackle the common challenges of inconsistent sand hardness caused by uniform sand cloth and address the issue of sand shadows in complex or tall castings. This versatile machine is suitable for a broad spectrum of castings—ranging from small to medium and large sizes. It even accommodates deep-patterned sand molds, reducing the collapse box while enhancing the dimensional accuracy of your castings.
The sand injection process employs an innovative airflow suspension technique for bottom injection, ensuring sand fills the mold perpendicularly in a free-flowing state. This results in exceptional uniformity of sand filling, effectively eliminating sand clogging. The system excels in producing intricate and deep-shaped products with superior stability. By enhancing sand filling quality, it significantly reduces defective sand eyes and boosts casting dimensional precision. It adapts effortlessly to various sand types, employing compaction balance control to prevent mold distortion and deformation, thus optimizing dimensional accuracy and minimizing collapse box usage, all while accommodating thinner mold plates.
3. Moulding Machine Table.
The molding mold is securely mounted on the middle box for production. Its design features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, base plate, and top.
The butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from robust QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate is crafted from high chromium alloy iron. High equipment rigidity is ensured by casting numerous reinforcement bars behind the five plates. The columns, made from 45Cr, undergo medium frequency tempering and are chrome-plated for enhanced durability. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with NOK brand internal seals, coupled with high-pressure steel wire braided hoses, withstand high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder incorporates four support cylinders, greatly enhancing demoulding stability, while the sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, further bolsters sand pushing reliability.

4. Pneumatic System
The pneumatic system of this machine utilizes high-quality components from Taiwan's renowned Airtac brand, including air source processing triplets, pneumatic actuating cylinder elements, and solenoid valves for pneumatic control.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
Our advanced pumping station is equipped with five pairs of solenoid valves, each precisely controlling the movement of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing cutting-edge Japanese oil research technology, the oil pump ensures optimal performance. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with a standard operating range of 13MPa or lower. Pressure control is managed via an oil research proportional valve, integrated seamlessly with Mitsubishi PLC modules and a Mitsubishi touchscreen for digital precision control. Adjustable on-screen, the pressure reaches a maximum of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator automatically activates if hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, safeguarding hydraulic seals and maintaining oil within the normal temperature range. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank activates when temperatures drop below 6 degrees and stops above 10 degrees, preventing high viscosity from impairing oil flow or damaging the pump.
6. Control System.
The control system meticulously manages pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Primarily utilizing a Mitsubishi touchscreen and PLC, it directs the hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components to facilitate seamless equipment actions and their interlocking sequences. The hydraulic oil temperature is regulated by an Omron thermostat. The system is predominantly controlled via Mitsubishi PLC, integrating output modules and SND relays for superior performance.
