Introducing the S14 Rotor Sand Mixer—a masterclass in innovation, boasting three national patents and optimized design. Meticulously engineered for the perfect blend of green sand, this mixer employs a high-speed bottom scraper that creates dynamic circular flows in the basin. The high-speed rotor blade imparts powerful impact and shear forces, facilitating rapid, thorough, and efficient sand mixing. This results in perfectly loose sand without the need for a separate loosening machine. Ideally suited for mechanized molding machines, the S14 integrates seamlessly with screw feeders, grid dosing devices, and an automatic water filling system, forming a fully automatic sand mixing unit that consistently supplies sand to molding machines.
Experience the simplicity, durability, and performance of the S14 Rotor Sand Mixer. With its compact design, this machine ensures easy maintenance and operation. It offers exceptional economy and durability, along with a high loading capacity and productivity, making load starting a breeze. Achieve optimum sand performance with attributes like compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability reaching qualified standards effortlessly.
Components of the S14 Series Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The main motor drives the reducer input via a European standard belt pulley, linking the output shaft with the column through a chain coupling. The spindle counterclockwise rotation, facilitated by the crosshead, propels the scraper device to create a ring flow of sand.
2. Two strategically positioned rotor mechanisms on the circular cross beam operate symmetrically, each powered by the main motor. Following a dual-stage deceleration of the sand mixing rotor's counterclockwise motion, the system seamlessly works with the scraping plate to exert impact, shear, and friction forces on the sand.
3. Employing large modulus alloy steel gears, hardened for longevity, the transmission gears in the reducer promise an extended service life. A magnetic oil plug captures iron particles, while the faience cast stone bottom plate ensures smooth, wear-resistant operation. The scraper inserts, crafted from wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring, made of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, offer superior anti-sand treatment.
4. The reducer is designed for effortless maintenance—simply disconnect the chain coupling and maneuver the main motor away from the coupling insertion point. This allows for horizontal extraction and repair without dismantling the column or other components.
