3. Moulding Machine Table: The foundation of precision and reliability.
The molding process is anchored by a robust mold fixed on the middle box, complemented by a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Crafted with uncompromising quality, our butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are constructed from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure unmatched rigidity, reinforcement bars are strategically cast behind the five plates, and the columns are manufactured from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and finished with hard chrome plating. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders feature internal seals from the renowned NOK brand, with steel wire braided high pressure hoses linking the equipment and hydraulic cylinders, capable of withstanding both high pressure and temperature. The stability of the demoulding performance is significantly enhanced by the lower box cylinder equipped with 4 support cylinders, while the oil cylinder-based sand pushing cylinder further bolsters sand pushing stability.

4. Pneumatic System: Unmatched precision with Taiwan Airtac components.
Our machine's pneumatic components are driven by the prestigious Taiwan Airtac brand, featuring an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and a pneumatic control element solenoid valve, ensuring top-tier performance and reliability.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station: The powerhouse of precision.
Our advanced pump station is equipped with 5 pairs of solenoid valves, meticulously controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. These solenoid valves are sourced from Japan oil research, paired with a Japan oil research oil pump, achieving a hydraulic system pressure of 19MPa, with a commonly used pressure of 13MPa or less. The proportional valve by oil research enables precision control, complemented by a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for digital management. Adjust system pressure effortlessly on the touch screen, up to 19MPa. The air-cooled radiator automatically activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, preventing seal damage and maintaining optimal working temperatures. A heater in the hydraulic oil tank ensures optimal viscosity by automatically adjusting oil temperature, safeguarding the pump.

Our control system orchestrates comprehensive oversight over pressure, speed, and temperature. Utilizing advanced Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC control, it drives the hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components system, facilitating seamless hydraulic component operations and interlocking actions. The Omron thermostat ensures precise temperature regulation within the hydraulic oil temperature system. Under the command of Mitsubishi PLC, output modules, and SND relays execute refined control, guaranteeing unparalleled precision and reliability.
