GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The main motor drives the reducer via a European-standard belt pulley, transmitting power through a chain coupling to the column. The spindle, in turn, propels the crosshead to rotate counterclockwise, enabling the scraper device to guide the sand into a ring-like flow pattern.
2. Strategically positioned, two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically affixed to the crossbeam. Powered by the main motor through a v-belt and gears, these rotors achieve a second-stage deceleration for counterclockwise rotation. In tandem with the scraper plate, they exert impact, shear, and friction forces on the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer exhibit robust construction, crafted from large modulus alloy steel and hardened for an extended lifespan. A magnetic oil plug captures iron particles within the box, ensuring seamless operation. The sand mixer’s bottom plate, lined with faience cast stone, is both smooth and wear-resistant. For enhanced durability, the scraper inserts are welded with wear-resistant carbide, and the inner liner ring is crafted from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene to resist sand abrasion.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloader, the unloading mechanism completes a sand mixing cycle in an impressive 3 minutes.
