Introducing the GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a groundbreaking innovation by Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd. This state-of-the-art sand mixer is designed with three national patents and an optimized configuration, making it the pinnacle of green sand mixing technology. Its core functionality involves a high-speed bottom scraper that induces a dynamic circular flow within the mixer basin. Simultaneously, high-velocity rotor blades exert impact and shearing forces on the sand, ensuring rapid and intense frictional contact between sand grains. This leads to exceptionally quick sand mixing without the need for separate sand loosening machines. Ideal for mechanized molding machines, when paired with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system, it forms a fully automated sand mixing unit capable of supplying continual sand for the molding machine. The GS mixer boasts a streamlined and robust structure, offering easy operation and maintenance, economic viability, unmatched durability, and high loading and productivity capacities. It ensures sand properties such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability meet all necessary standards.
GS High-Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer Composition:
1. The main motor propels the reducer input via a European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft seamlessly linking to the column through a chain coupling. This setup drives the spindle to rotate counterclockwise, thereby mobilizing the scraper device to create a uniform sand ring flow.
2. Two rotor mechanisms are symmetrically mounted on the cross beam, each activated by the main motor through v-belts and gears following a dual-stage deceleration, enabling counterclockwise rotor rotation. This, in conjunction with the scraping plate, imparts impact, shearing, and frictional forces to the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel with hardened surfaces for extended durability. A magnetic oil plug is incorporated to capture iron particulates. The mixer’s base is lined with faience cast stone for smooth, wear-resistant operation, while scraper inserts are fortified with carbide, and the inner liner ring is crafted from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for optimal sand resistance.
4. Featuring an automatic air unloading mechanism, the GS mixer completes each sand mixing cycle within an average of 3 minutes. Post-mix, green sand is discharged automatically, negating the need for manual intervention, thereby enhancing time and operational efficiency.
5. The GS mixer is equipped with an advanced automatic water injection system, inclusive of an automatic water pump. This system calibrates water input based on sand mixing volumes, ensuring precise water distribution ratios in wet sand mixes through automated adjustments following initial setup and calibration.
6. Atop the GS mixer, a grid dosing device or electronic scale is installed to facilitate precise automatic material addition. Additionally, a strategically positioned exhaust hole aids in effective dust removal and heat dissipation, ensuring optimal operational conditions.
7. The reducer is expertly integrated onto the base, permitting straightforward maintenance. During repairs, simply disconnect the chain coupling, shift the main motor from the coupling's insertion point, and effortlessly extract it horizontally for service without dismantling adjacent components.
