Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a marvel of engineering innovation that incorporates three national patents and a cutting-edge design to redefine sand mixing. Specially crafted for the meticulous blending of green sand, this mixer sets a new standard in efficiency and performance. At its core, a high-speed rotating scraper at the base orchestrates a circular flow within the machine basin, while the rotor blades engage in high-speed rotations to impart a powerful impact and shearing force on the sand. This dynamic action ensures rapid and thorough contact, fostering intense friction among sand grains. The result? Exceptional sand mixing speed and a perfectly loose, well-mixed sand ready for use without the aid of a sand loosening machine. Perfectly tailored for use with mechanized molding machines, this mixer seamlessly integrates with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and an automatic water filling system, culminating in an automated sand mixing unit capable of supplying continuous sand to molding machines. The machine boasts a simple yet robust structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and operation while delivering outstanding economy, durability, and load capacity. Its high productivity and load-start capability make it an invaluable asset, achieving optimal sand performance in terms of compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability.
GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. At the heart of the system, the main motor channels power through a European-standard belt pulley to the reducer. The output shaft, elegantly coupled with the column by a chain coupling, sets the spindle into a counterclockwise rotation. This motion propels the crosshead, driving the scraper device to instigate a dynamic ring flow of sand.
2. Positioned symmetrically on the circular cross beam, two rotor mechanisms work in harmony, each powered by the main motor via a v-belt and gears. The sand mixing rotor undergoes a second deceleration before its counterclockwise rotation, collaborating with the scraping plate to deliver impact, shear, and frictional forces to the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, hardened for longevity. A magnetic oil plug captures iron foam, safeguarding the system. The sand mixer's base is lined with smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone, while the scraper inserts are reinforced with durable carbide. The inner liner ring, fashioned from stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene, offers superior sand resistance.
4. An automatic air unloader streamlines the unloading process, with each sand mixing cycle averaging a mere 3 minutes. Upon completion, the green sand is automatically discharged, eliminating the need for manual intervention and enhancing efficiency.
5. Featuring a sophisticated automatic water injection system, this mixer is equipped with a precise water pump that adjusts the water injection according to the sand mixing volume. Post initial setup and calibration, the system faithfully adheres to the wet sand mixing volume for each batch, ensuring perfect water distribution every time.
6. The GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer is topped with a grid dosing device or electronic scale, ensuring precise material addition with each cycle. A designated exhaust hole facilitates dust removal and heat dissipation, maintaining optimal operational conditions.
7. For maintenance convenience, the reducer is mounted on the base. During servicing, simply disconnect the chain coupling and slide the main motor from its insertion point. This design allows for horizontal extraction and repair without dismantling the column or other components, ensuring hassle-free maintenance.
