GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer Composition:
1. The main motor orchestrates the reducer input through a European standard belt pulley, seamlessly linking the output shaft to the column via a chain coupling. The spindle expertly compels the counterclockwise rotation of the crosshead, guiding the scraper device to skillfully fashion a ring flow of sand.
2. Two rotor mechanisms, elegantly fixed in symmetrical harmony on the circle's cross beam, are independently driven by the primary motor. Through a precise v-belt and gear system, the sand mixing rotor rotates counterclockwise, working in concert with the scraping plate to apply a triad of impact, shear, and friction to the sand.
3. The reducer’s transmission gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, featuring hardened gears for extended durability. Enhanced with a magnetic oil plug, it effectively captures iron foam within the box. The mixer’s foundation is adorned with faience cast stone, offering a smooth and wear-resistant surface.
