GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer composition:
1. The sophisticated main motor powers the reducer input via a European standard belt pulley, with the output shaft seamlessly connecting to the column through a chain coupling. This engineering prowess allows the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise motion, enabling the scraper device to expertly guide the sand into a cohesive ring flow.
2. Ingeniously symmetric rotor mechanisms are fixed on the circle's cross beam, powered by the main motor through a v-belt and gears, facilitating a counterclockwise rotation after a second deceleration. This synchronized movement, in tandem with the scraping plate, delivers precise impact, shear, and friction to the sand.
3. The durable transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel and hardened for longevity. A magnetic oil plug captures iron foam, while the sand mixer's bottom features smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone. Scraper inserts boast wear-resistant carbide welding, and the inner liner ring is made from robust stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for enhanced sand resistance.
