Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a cutting-edge innovation in the realm of sand mixing. Engineered with three nationally patented technologies and a superior design, this mixer revolutionizes the mixing of green sand. At its core, the machine features a high-speed rotating bottom scraper that propels the material into a seamless circular flow within the basin. Simultaneously, the high-velocity rotor blades apply targeted impact and shearing forces, facilitating rapid, intense contact, and friction among sand grains. This process ensures exceptional mixing speed and a loose, uncompacted sand output, eliminating the need for a separate sand-loosening device. Ideal for mechanized molding machines, this mixer can be seamlessly integrated with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automated water filling system to create a fully automated sand mixing unit, delivering a consistent sand supply to molding machines. Boasting a straightforward and compact design, the GS Mixer offers ease of maintenance and operation, economic benefits, durability, and remarkable load capacity and productivity. Moreover, it guarantees sand properties (such as compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability) meet stringent quality standards.
Composition of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The main motor propels the reducer input via a European-standard belt pulley, while the output shaft connects to the column through a chain coupling. This configuration enables the spindle to drive the crosshead in a counterclockwise rotation, pushing the sand into a continuous ring flow with the scraper device.
2. Symmetrically mounted on the circular cross beam, two sets of rotor mechanisms, powered by the main motor through a v-belt and gears, rotate the sand mixing rotor counterclockwise after a secondary reduction. The synergy with the scraping plate delivers impactful shear and frictional forces to the sand.
3. The reducer's gears are crafted from large modulus alloy steel, hardened for extended durability. A magnetic oil plug captures iron debris, while the sand mixer's base features smooth, wear-resistant faience cast stone. The scraper inserts boast wear-resistant carbide welding, and the inner liner ring is made of stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for enhanced sand resistance.
4. Equipped with an automatic air unloader, the machine completes each sand mixing cycle in an average of three minutes. Upon mixing the green sand, material is discharged automatically from the port, ensuring hands-free operation, time savings, and heightened efficiency.
5. The GS Mixer includes an automatic water injection system with a water pump, which adjusts the water delivery according to sand volume. After initial setup and calibration, the system autonomously maintains the ideal wet sand water ratio for each batch, ensuring precision in moisture distribution.
6. The top cover of the GS high-efficiency rotor sand mixer incorporates a grid dosing device or electronic scale for precise material addition. Additionally, an exhaust port facilitates effective dust removal and heat dissipation, further enhancing operational efficiency.
7. The reducer is securely mounted on the base. For maintenance, the chain coupling can be disconnected, allowing the main motor to be moved out of the coupling's insertion without disassembling the column and other components, enabling straightforward horizontal extraction for repair.
