Recycled sand significantly trims new sand consumption and transportation costs, while its smooth, well-heated surface ensures high-quality castings. Furthermore, by reducing added resin and minimizing waste discharge, it champions environmental stewardship, offering an eco-friendly solution. The production line is versatile, accommodating sodium silicate sand casting with analogous processing methods.


Our cutting-edge resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual output capacity of 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Featuring state-of-the-art PLC control systems, it guarantees seamless operational stability and robust protection. The resin sand production line's process flow is engineered for precision and efficiency. Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are conveyed to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large components precedes the magnetic separation of sand and smaller elements, leading to a multifunctional machine for comprehensive crushing and stripping. Screened sand ascends via bucket elevators to a centrifugal rotor for powerful regeneration. Advanced air separation systems, integrated with dust collectors, ensure pristine sand quality. The thoughtfully connected double-arm continuous mixer enables precise blending of curing agents and resin with regenerated sand, culminating in exemplary core and mold crafting.
