Our sophisticated regeneration process meticulously strips the binder film from the sand surface, optimally adjusting the sand's particle size to serve as a highly economical alternative to new sand. By recycling old sand, we save significantly on new sand procurement and disposal costs while achieving uniformly smooth and thermally stable sand particles. Resin Sand Production Line Process Flow: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are deftly hoisted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Large jackets and risers are manually sorted, with sand, sand mass, and small cold iron pieces efficiently directed through the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. After magnetic separation, materials are conveyed to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for comprehensive crushing and stripping. Post-screening, sand is transferred to the 1# bucket elevator, ascending to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator where robust regeneration and stripping occur. Fine particles, dust, and resin film in regenerated sand are then funneled through the flow curtain air separator, interconnected with a cyclone dust collector and pulse back-blowing dust collector, effectively eradicating fine powder and dust. Regenerated sand, now pristine, is ready for the sand warehouse via the 2# bucket elevator. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer receives sand from the storage via a pneumatic shutter, transporting it forward with a screw blade for initial mixing. Proximal control valves methodically introduce curing agent and premixed resin, culminating in a thoroughly mixed compound. This compound seamlessly flows into prepared sand boxes for molding and core creation. The resultant product undergoes self-hardening or alcohol paste brushing combustion treatment, followed by a release material application to dry, close, pour, and cool.
