3. Moulding Machine Platform.
The molding process is anchored firmly by the mold, meticulously secured on the middle box. Featuring a sophisticated butterfly-shaped movable plate, along with a sturdy bottom plate and top configuration.
Our premium construction employs QT500 ductile iron for the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate, while the lower pressure plate is crafted from high chromium alloy iron. This design ensures maximum rigidity, bolstered by strategically placed reinforcement bars across the five plates. Utilizing 45Cr columns that are medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated elevates robustness. Equipped with NOK brand internally sealed heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, this system is built to withstand extreme pressures and temperatures. The installation of 4 support cylinders enhances demoulding stability, whereas the oil sand pushing cylinder further fortifies sand pushing reliability.
4. Advanced Pneumatic Framework.
Embrace reliability with our machine's pneumatic components, sourced from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand. This includes the sophisticated air source processing triplet, precision pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and expertly engineered pneumatic control element solenoid valves.
5. Hydraulic Power Station.
Our hydraulic pumping station is engineered with precision, featuring 5 pairs of solenoid valves dedicated to controlling the main, lower, upper, upper platen, and push-type oil cylinders. With components from Japan Oil Research, including solenoid valves and oil pumps, the system operates at a maximum pressure of 19MPa, with common usage below 13MPa. It integrates cutting-edge Mitsubishi PLC modules and a touch screen for digital control, allowing adjustments up to 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator ensures optimal hydraulic oil temperatures, automatically activating when exceeding 30 degrees. A tank-installed heater maintains oil fluidity, activating between 6 and 10 degrees to prevent viscosity-related flow issues, safeguarding the pump.
6. Comprehensive Control System.
Our state-of-the-art control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature, utilizing a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to orchestrate the hydraulic solenoid valve and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. This ensures precise and synchronized equipment actions, supported by an Omron thermostat for temperature regulation. The system functions under Mitsubishi PLC guidance, using output modules and SND relays to maintain optimal operational harmony within hydraulic components.
