The Green Sand Production Line Process is a marvel of modern foundry innovation. It harnesses the power of clay sand, a modeling (core) material bonded by clay, transforming the sand recovery process into a mechanized masterpiece critical to foundry success. This process ensures that the casting sand, rejuvenated after the pouring stage, directly enhances the quality and output of castings while significantly reducing costs. Navigating the intricate maze of recycling and treatment, the process of handling green sand is both demanding and environmentally challenging. However, the mechanized approach revolutionizes sand recycling and treatment, forming the lifeblood of foundry operations. Post pouring and cooling, the sand mold gracefully separates via a vibrating shakeout machine (or drum shakeout), leading to the elegant separation of casting sand. Hot castings journey to the shot blasting area through a scale conveyor, while a belt conveyor at the shakeout machine's sand outlet transports the aged sand to the regenerative area. Here, a harmonious interplay of suspended magnetic separators and belt conveyors orchestrates the removal of iron residues from the sand. Dust is gently whisked away through the dust removal port, allowing the screened sand to settle into a small sand silo. The aged sand is then rejuvenated by a boiling cooling bed before ascending via the 2# bucket elevator, reaching the sand silo for storage. A sophisticated unloader deftly distributes the aged sand to the 2# and 3# sand bins, with a vibrating disc feeder residing at the bin's base. From here, the sand elegantly descends onto the belt conveyor, embarking on a journey to the rotor sand mixer's storage hopper. Upon arrival, coal powder and bentonite are meticulously added through a screw feeder into the auxiliary electronic scale, subsequently entering the rotor sand mixer for a symphonic blend, proportioned to perfection. Post-processing by the sand loosening machine, this refined sand is transported, poised and ready, for a fresh round of molding.
