High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Employing an EP high modulus skeleton material with a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m and a heat-resistant rubber covering capable of withstanding temperatures from -20ºC to 120ºC, this belt conveyor is adept at handling high-temperature red sand (≤150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) in foundry settings, effectively preventing belt hardening and cracking.
The inclusion of a trough roller group set at an inclination of 35° significantly enhances conveying capacity by 30%. With a single machine capacity reaching an impressive 200t/h, it seamlessly fulfills the continuous sand supply requirements of vast casting workshops.
Intelligent Speed Control and Enhanced Climbing Ability:
Featuring a state-of-the-art variable frequency drive system, the conveyor's speed can be precisely adjusted between 0.8-4.5m/s, ensuring an optimal match to the molding line's pace. For example, the HWS line necessitates a consistent sand supply speed of 2.5m/s.
With a maximum inclination angle of 22°, it connects directly to high-level feeding ports of smelting furnaces, thus reducing investment in additional transfer equipment.

The fully enclosed guide trough, boasting an IP65 protection level, integrates double-side ribs (150-300mm height) to ensure a dust emission rate of <5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standard.
