Resin sand, a specialized core sand, utilizes resin as a binder, offering a cost-effective and environmentally-friendly alternative to new sand. By regenerating old sand, we remove the binder film, refine the sand's surface texture, and produce consistent, smooth-surfaced particles. This meticulous regeneration enhances casting quality while minimizing resin usage and reducing costs. Furthermore, recycling supports eco-friendly practices by curbing the environmental impact of waste sand disposal. Our production line seamlessly accommodates both resin and sodium silicate sand casting processes, leveraging similar sand processing techniques.
Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts an impressive annual output ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Utilizing cutting-edge PLC control for electrical equipment management, the system guarantees stringent protection and reliability. The intuitive simulation screen ensures stable operations, paving the way for fully automated production excellence.
Embark on a journey through our efficient resin sand production line process: Once poured, sandboxes and castings are lifted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting separates jackets and risers, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron pieces pass through the falling sand grid onto the magnetic separation conveyor. Post-separation, materials are channeled to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for meticulous crushing and stripping. Screened sand advances to the 1# bucket elevator, reaching the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for robust regeneration. Flowing into the flow curtain air separator, the process removes fine powder and dust. The secondary regenerator and sand in the storage are elevated by the 2# bucket elevator, ready for mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer processing. Here, regenerated sand, curing agents, and resin combine seamlessly before entering sandboxes for modeling and core making. Final steps include self-hardening or alcohol paste brushing for combustion, followed by release material application for drying, box closure, pouring, and cooling.
