Our advanced resin sand production line boasts a regeneration processing system with a remarkable annual output ranging from 3000 tons to 10000 tons of castings. Utilizing state-of-the-art PLC control for electrical equipment management, this system ensures comprehensive restriction and protection, providing stable, reliable operations and achieving seamless automatic production.
Explore the intricate process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, the sand box and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, large jackets and risers are hand-sorted, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron pieces traverse the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, the materials are directed to a multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough crushing and stripping. Subsequent screening transports the sand to the 1# bucket elevator, which elevates it to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intensive regeneration and comprehensive stripping. The regenerated sand, now mixed with fine powder, dust, and resin film, advances into a flow curtain air separator via the flow sand tank. Coupled with a cyclone dust collector and a pulse-type back-blowing dust collector, this setup effectively eliminates fine powder and dust. The processed sand is then conveyed to the sand warehouse via the 2# bucket elevator for standby. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer's upper feeding port seamlessly connects with the sand outlet at the sand storage's base using a pneumatic shutter, allowing for smooth sand flow into the mixer. Within the mixer, sand progresses forward via a screw blade to initiate sand mixing, where a proximal control valve introduces the curing agent. Following premixing with a small blade, resin is added and the mixture proceeds to the sand mixing end. Here, the curing agent, resin, and regenerated sand undergo thorough mixing before proceeding to the front discharge port, automatically flowing into the prepared sand box for modeling and core making. The tire is then conveyed to the self-hardening area or treated with an alcohol paste combustion, finally brushed with release material, dried, and enclosed for pouring and cooling.
